Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Developer with a strong background in chatbot creation and complex conversational flow management. The candidate will have proven skills in training Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and integrating APIs through Node.js or Python programming. This position requires expertise in code optimization, adherence to development best practices, and conducting unit tests along with rigorous code reviews.
The ideal developer will also have a solid grasp of building voice-enabled bots, integrating voice platforms, and understanding the nuances of bot training and its impact. Experience in managing multilingual bot deployment and integrating multiple communication channels, while understanding their respective advantages and disadvantages, is essential.
A key responsibility includes handling agent handover scenarios with CRM modules typically found in the market, such as Salesforce and RingCentral. The candidate must hold at least one certification from conversational AI platforms like Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Amazon Lex, LUIS, Google Dialogflow, or IBM Watson.
The developer should be adept at diagnosing complex technical challenges, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments is expected.
Experience in Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams is important, alongside proficiency with project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA. The role also requires willingness to operate in the 2 pm to 11 pm IST shift.
