Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will focus on expanding PolarBear Tech's reach within institutional markets. This involves identifying prospective clients, conducting on-site visits, delivering product demonstrations, and performing diligent follow-ups to nurture qualified sales leads and cultivate lasting business relationships.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales roles.
- Strong communication aptitude and a good grasp of technology usage.
- Self-motivated with disciplined approach towards follow-up activities.
- Resides locally and owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Possesses a personal laptop for work purposes.
- Holds a diploma in any specialization.
