About the Role

Circle K, located at 3 Ulverton Rd, Dalkey, Dublin, A96 A4N8, is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Assistant Store Manager for their busy retail operation in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland. This role involves a 40-hour workweek spread over 5 days with a requirement for full weekly schedule flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management and accountability of the Circle K retail store ensuring smooth operations and customer convenience.
• Provide leadership through coaching, training, and motivating team members.
• Uphold and drive a world-class customer service experience within the store environment.
• Manage merchandising activities to maintain appealing product presentation.
• Prepare food items and specialty coffee offerings like K coffee.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store.
• Identify and generate sales leads, particularly for fuel card offerings.
• Ensure safety practices are prioritized consistently while fostering a high-performance, target-driven atmosphere.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management with proven results delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and promote excellent customer service.
• Motivated to exceed goals with a strong sense of urgency and ownership for personal achievement.

• Competent with IT systems.
