Key Responsibilities
- Assist program managers in tracking progress, schedules, risks, and dependencies across active projects.
- Coordinate effectively with in-house teams to ensure prompt completion of tasks.
- Document meeting summaries, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain program trackers, databases, and dashboards to ensure organized project data.
- Follow up diligently on pending items to facilitate team alignment.
- Support organizing meetings, reviews, and collaborative discussions.
- Contribute to miscellaneous program-related tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Adept at handling multiple priorities and collaborating across functions.
- High attention to accuracy and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and email.
- Familiarity with project or program management principles is advantageous.
- Exposure to task management platforms such as Jira is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital product workflows and teams is beneficial.
Eligibility Criteria
Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline interested in program or project management careers. Prior internship or academic experience involving coordination, reporting, or documentation will be an added advantage. Applicants must be based in Noida and available full-time onsite for six months starting between August 13 and September 17, 2026.
Internship Details
- Workdays: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Location: Times Internet office, Noida.
- Duration: 6 months starting immediately.
- Monthly stipend: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
- Candidate should possess their own laptop.
