Overview
Join Conscript HR Advisors Private Limited as a Full Stack Development intern, where you'll engage with advanced technologies including Java, Node.js, React, and Spring Boot. This role offers hands-on experience working collaboratively in a dynamic setting to develop comprehensive web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work jointly with the development team to design and roll out innovative features and functionality.
- Produce clean, effective, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to uphold quality standards.
- Develop both front-end and back-end components to ensure a seamless user interface and experience.
- Take part in code reviews and offer constructive critique to colleagues.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and methodologies to enhance the technology framework continually.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and address technical problems promptly.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship based in Pune.
- Internship commencement dates range from 30th July 2026 to 3rd September 2026.
- Applicants should be available for the entire six-month duration of the internship.
- Candidates must possess relevant skills and interest in full stack development.

Compensation and Benefits
- The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000.
