Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to engage directly with retail stores, restaurants, and small businesses to promote and demonstrate POS software solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting the product, and generating leads through various channels while supporting marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and cultivate leads from local retail and hospitality businesses.
- Conduct onsite visits to introduce and explain the features of our POS software to business owners.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and showcase the benefits of the product.
- Generate leads via field visits, telephone calls, WhatsApp messaging, and online research.
- Assist in executing local marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain follow-up communications and customer records effectively.
- Gather market feedback by understanding customer requirements.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship at Jaipur for a period of 3 months, starting between 2nd September 2026 and 7th October 2026.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in approaching business owners, and have a keen interest in sales, marketing, and technology.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and carry out sales activities is essential.
- Fresh graduates and women re-entering the workforce are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹8,500, composed of a fixed pay between ₹6,000 and ₹6,500 plus incentives from ₹1,000 to ₹2,000.
- Certificate awarded upon completion.
- Opportunity for full-time employment with an annual salary between ₹240,000 and ₹320,000 upon successful conversion.
- A workweek structured over 5 days.
