The Role
Join our diverse team operating across Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle, and Parramatta as a Workforce Planner, where your daily efforts directly contribute to improving people's lives. This is a full-time permanent role based at our Gosford office, with potential remote work options after three months based on performance and authorization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update workforce planning models to accurately forecast staffing needs and enable efficient resource allocation.
- Examine claims volumes, workload patterns, caseloads, and employee attrition to inform forecasting processes.
- Continuously assess forecasting accuracy and refine models to enhance reliability and predictability.
- Collaborate with management and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce demands and deliver insightful analyses and recommendations.
- Support initiatives aimed at optimizing workforce utilization and fostering ongoing process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in workforce planning, data analytics, or operational modeling.
- Strong analytical aptitude coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities to detect trends and generate actionable insights.
- Experienced in evaluating workforce-related data, including workload distribution, capacity metrics, caseloads, and attrition rates.
- Familiarity with workers compensation frameworks and systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and superior organizational skills.
