Workday Integration Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role focuses on developing and supporting Workday integrations, custom reporting, and ensuring seamless business process flows within Workday environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations and bespoke reports within the Workday platform.
• Collaborate with various teams to collect and analyze detailed business requirements for Workday solutions.
• Implement and optimize custom workflows and features tailored to company needs.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues in Workday systems promptly.
• Maintain the integrity and security of Workday data and configurations.
• Create comprehensive documentation outlining technical processes and development activities.
• Keep abreast of updates and new capabilities released in Workday to leverage them effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with Workday.
• Deep knowledge of Workday modules, particularly Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial modules.
• Proficient with Workday development tools including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong orientation towards teamwork.
