Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and successfully convert leads into enrollments for our Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Yoga Classes, and various wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to new leads generated via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and other platforms.
• Clearly explain course offerings including Yoga Teacher Training Courses and Yoga at Home services to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable courses or services accordingly.
• Regularly follow up with interested prospects to nurture their enrolment.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions and paying customers.
• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and conversations using CRM tools or Excel.
• Distribute course details, payment links, and related information via WhatsApp or email.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for admissions and sales.
• Re-engage with inactive or older leads through follow-up efforts.
• Collaborate with administrative and training teams on batch schedules and customer requirements.
• Foster a professional, approachable relationship with both prospects and existing clients.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi, with basic proficiency in English.
• Comfortable engaging customers over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Strong persuasive abilities paired with consistent follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude with a focus on achieving goals.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, education counseling, or customer support is advantageous.

• Experience in education or training institutions.
