Role Overview
Coforge is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a Java-focused background to assist with customer deployments and production as well as development instances. The position centers on supporting Adobe Experience Manager environments and related technology stacks.

Technical Focus
This role requires strong working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, JEE application servers, databases, and LDAP server technologies. Familiarity with HTML5, XHTML, HTML, CSS, and XML will be an added advantage while supporting deployments in both development and production environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Adobe Experience Manager based solutions.
- Assist with deployments and instance support across development and production setups.
- Troubleshoot application issues and help resolve platform-related incidents.
- Work with Java, JavaScript, JEE application servers, databases, and LDAP technologies.
- Support tasks involving installation, upgrades, integration, and client/server operations.
- Analyze performance issues and contribute to tuning and optimization efforts.
- Investigate issues at the API level for third-party applications when required.
Candidate Profile
The preferred applicant should bring strong technical support capability along with a solid grasp of application troubleshooting, integration, and system operations.
