Role Overview

The Technical Recruiter will collaborate directly with the company’s founders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure exceptional talent for engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical vacancies, from sourcing candidates through to finalizing hires.
• Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified applicants.
• Work closely with founders and hiring leads to establish role profiles and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer stage.
• Continuously refine recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to enhance effectiveness.
• Implement scalable recruitment procedures, systems, and reporting to support growth-oriented hiring.
• Enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and referral programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of four years’ experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-growing startup setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates creatively and effectively.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineering, product management, and data science.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and skillfulness in closing candidates.
• A strong passion for AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and motivated to leverage recruitment as a strategic business advantage.
