As a Technical Lead focusing on Integration, you will not only maintain system connectivity but also pioneer AI-enabled integration solutions, tackling complex challenges for major regional clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams through complex integration projects involving complete lifecycle delivery.
- Establish and enforce best practices, technical standards, and architectural patterns.
- Serve as the primary technical expert, resolving issues, conducting code reviews, and making critical architecture decisions.
- Ensure delivery quality from design phase through to deployment and production support.
- Design and implement scalable and secure integration solutions using up-to-date technologies.
- Utilize API-driven connectivity, event-driven systems, and asynchronous messaging at enterprise level.
- Incorporate AI tools into development workflows, including code generation, testing automation, and intelligent system monitoring.
- Contribute actively to expanding Datacom's AI integration capabilities.
- Mentor engineers, fostering their growth and cultivating a culture focused on curiosity, quality, and continual enhancement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of five years delivering enterprise integration solutions, with at least one to two years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Proficient with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Kafka, Solace, Kong, Dell Boomi, or Java Spring.
- Expertise in designing APIs encompassing RESTful principles, including version management, security, governance, and documentation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Git-based CI/CD tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, or EKS.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools within engineering or integration domains is a significant advantage.
