Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams through complex integration projects involving complete lifecycle delivery.
• Establish and enforce best practices, technical standards, and architectural patterns.
• Serve as the primary technical expert, resolving issues, conducting code reviews, and making critical architecture decisions.
• Ensure delivery quality from design phase through to deployment and production support.
• Design and implement scalable and secure integration solutions using up-to-date technologies.
• Utilize API-driven connectivity, event-driven systems, and asynchronous messaging at enterprise level.
• Incorporate AI tools into development workflows, including code generation, testing automation, and intelligent system monitoring.
• Contribute actively to expanding Datacom's AI integration capabilities.
• Mentor engineers, fostering their growth and cultivating a culture focused on curiosity, quality, and continual enhancement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years delivering enterprise integration solutions, with at least one to two years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Proficient with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Kafka, Solace, Kong, Dell Boomi, or Java Spring.
• Expertise in designing APIs encompassing RESTful principles, including version management, security, governance, and documentation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Git-based CI/CD tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, or EKS.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools within engineering or integration domains is a significant advantage.
