Role Overview
The VKYC Team Lead will supervise daily operations of VKYC and CD KYC teams to ensure outstanding productivity, quality, and service delivery. This role involves managing teams, planning workforce shifts, monitoring performance, conducting quality audits, preparing MIS reports, managing queues, and supporting users and stakeholders operationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead VKYC operations to meet targets for productivity, quality, and turnaround times.
- Organize shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night rotations, plus weekly offs to maintain sufficient staffing and seamless business operations.
- Track team performance and disseminate productivity, quality, and MIS reports to stakeholders regularly.
- Analyze rejected VKYC cases and spearhead process optimizations.
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with KYC verification standards.
- Supervise KYC queues and implement timely actions to uphold service benchmarks.
- Offer operational and application support to address process-related queries and problems.
- Generate operational reports, productivity dashboards, and user data for various requirements.
- Work is scheduled in rotating shifts including Sundays and national holidays as per business demands.
Candidate Requirements
- Pursued graduation from any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing teams.
- Between 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in KYC operations or customer verification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in workforce planning and shift scheduling.
- Proficient in MIS reporting and data analytics.
- Capable of quality audits and maintaining compliance.
- Effective in stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Competent in MS Excel and handling reporting tools.
