Store Manager

Role Overview

The Store Manager leads guest service initiatives and holds full accountability for the store's operations, striving to maximize sales and profits. This encompasses managing expenses, controlling shrinkage, overseeing human resources, and directing merchandising and inventory processes in compliance with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $24.85 and $25.10, based on qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements and Physical Demands
