Store Manager

Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's plays a key role in delivering excellent guest services while ensuring the smooth operation of the retail location in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role is accountable for maximizing store sales and profitability by managing expenses, handling shrinkage, overseeing human resources, as well as merchandise and inventory control. All activities adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.90 to $23.15, determined by the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Job Requirements and Physical Demands
