Key Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a single location. Your duties encompass recruiting, directing, and managing store associates to reach financial targets while ensuring excellent customer experiences. The goal is to lead your store to achieve success.

Training and Development

To equip you for this role, an 8-week (or longer) comprehensive store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you thoroughly.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma is mandatory
• Willingness to work at any store location within a 50-mile radius
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• ServeSafe Food Safety Certification required

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work areas are frequently hot from steam and food vapors, with limited and confined workspaces. Associates are expected to remain standing for extended periods, prepare hot and cold foods, use specialized kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives, and maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for as long as four hours, and reaching across counters approximately 36 inches high to serve customers. Kitchens tend to be noisy with limited storage and elevated shelving. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment, effective verbal communication, conflict resolution skills, and flexibility in handling shifting priorities.

Compensation Details

The pay range for this position is $27 to $30 per hour. Individual pay within this range is influenced by factors like location and experience. While bonuses may be offered, no guarantees are made regarding bonus earnings. The company reserves the right to change or terminate bonus programs at any time without prior notice.
