Solutions Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect who will collaborate closely with sales teams to facilitate technical successes. This role requires a combination of comprehensive product understanding and consultative selling skills to transform client needs into tailored solution architectures that not only secure deals but also ensure effective deployments.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Account Executives to conduct technical discovery and qualification phases.
• Create customized solution architectures aligned with customer environments and specific use cases.
• Lead engaging technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept sessions, and customer workshops.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture evaluations.
• Coordinate with Customer Success teams for a smooth transition to deployment phases.
• Provide insightful product feedback to product management and engineering teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years’ experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and API utilization.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with engineering and IT decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented by a confident executive presence.
• Practical hands-on experience with at least one leading cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in managing RFPs, security assessments, and creating architectural diagrams.
