- Establish verification approaches such as constrained-random, formal, and directed testing for digital and mixed-signal IPs, subsystems, and SoCs.
- Work with diverse verification frameworks like UVM, OVM, and SystemVerilog-based testbenches to ensure control and flexibility in verification workflows.
- Develop, document, and conduct comprehensive test plans on various verification tools and platforms; create and troubleshoot constrained-random test suites to ensure thorough validation of designs.
- Collaborate closely with hardware design teams to guarantee product readiness and assist post-silicon teams during bring-up phases and validation testing.

- Proven mastery of verification methodologies including UVM, OVM, and experiences with SystemVerilog.
- Hands-on experience creating verification frameworks for intricate IPs, subsystems, or SoCs encompassing test cases, scoreboards, and assertions.
- Good understanding of digital and mixed-signal designs alongside communication protocols such as AHB, AMBA, AXI, SPI, LIN, and UART.
- Familiarity with coverage metrics like functional and code coverage as well as power-aware verification techniques including UPF and gate-level simulation.
- Competence in programming languages such as C, Python, TCL, and Perl for automation and test creation; knowledge of ISO 26262 is advantageous.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
