Job Overview
We are seeking a Road Maintenance Worker to join a leading infrastructure services provider operating across Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general road upkeep and civil labour tasks.
- Assist in repairing potholes and maintaining road surfaces.
- Support maintenance of roads, kerbs, and adjacent areas.
- Handle loading, unloading, and movement of materials on site.
- Ensure the worksite remains clean and safe at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols and regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in road maintenance, civil labour, or construction roles.
- Possession of a valid White Card certification.
- Driver's licence with reliable transportation.
- Capability to perform physically demanding manual tasks.
- Good knowledge and commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
- Experience or certification in traffic control is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
