About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager who can effectively convert potential leads into active clients and deliver comprehensive financial services tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and preferably has a background in finance, investment, or wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert potential leads to clients by understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable financial products.
• Provide end-to-end financial advisory and service support to clients according to their requirements.
• Regularly review client portfolios and maintain follow-ups for updates or adjustments.
• Foster and maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and account growth.
• Take full responsibility for meeting client requirements ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Graduate degree required; MBA, CFA, or CFP qualifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Friendly personality with a passion for sales and client engagement.
• Proficient with standard computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using email and CRM software for client management.
