Project Engineer (Offshore)

About the Role

Penspen is seeking a skilled Project Engineer specialized in offshore projects to join their team in Khafji, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing engineering operations, managing construction and fabrication activities, and requires comprehensive understanding of industry standards including API and ASME.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute engineering tasks related to offshore projects.
• Coordinate construction and fabrication processes ensuring compliance with set standards.
• Manage project operations spanning procurement, contract administration, and project support on major oil and gas offshore developments.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 14 years of pertinent work history.
• Proven experience in areas including engineering, procurement, construction, contract management, coordination, and project support within significant offshore oil and gas projects.
• Prior involvement in ARAMCO projects will be considered an advantage.
