About the Role
You will partner closely with a globally renowned client, recognized for their innovation and dedication to excellence, supported by Dautom as their trusted IT consulting ally. This strategic collaboration aims to drive growth and transformation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on CAPEX and OPEX budget preparations and spending plans by liaising with Digital teams.
- Track monthly Capital and Operating expenditures and analyze deviations to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
- Produce monthly reports outlining the budget status for the Digital Division, spotlighting improvement opportunities.
- Handle accruals and monthly financial disbursements for the Digital Division.
- Manage financial year-end closing processes specific to the Digital Division.
- Coordinate with Finance to prepare, finalize, and uphold the Digital budget documentation.
- Develop and supervise cost-saving initiatives in the Plainware system under the Project Light program.
- Draf and administer contracts within the Digital Division by initiating Requisition Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Oversee consultant resources allocated to the Digital Division.
- Facilitate communication with Finance to ensure the release of Bank Guarantees post contract completion.
- Address and resolve queries and issues concerning Suppliers and Vendors.
- Perform any additional tasks instructed by the supervisor.
