Overnight Valet Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and proactively communicating to uphold our service promise.
• Carefully inspect each vehicle prior to parking, noting all pertinent observations.
• Inform customers about valet fees clearly and courteously.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving norms.
• Immediately report any accidents, hazards, unusual events, or policy breaches to the management.
• Possess thorough knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and highways to facilitate smooth navigation and customer transport.
• Maintain a neat, complete uniform, arrive punctually for all shifts, and remain dressed appropriately throughout the shift.
• Support management with additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and current address.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evening, night, and weekend shifts when required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., verified by appropriate documentation at hiring.
• Ability to communicate accurately and professionally with customers and coworkers, handling inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Competence in basic arithmetic involving U.S. currency and comprehension of simple written communications such as emails and memos.
• Capability to follow oral and written instructions and adapt calmly to unforeseen delays or changes.

Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualifying individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.50, with eligibility for tips on top of this base rate.
