Role Overview
We seek a motivated and client-focused Mobile Mortgage Manager to operate with autonomy and make a tangible difference in home buyers' lives. This role involves supporting customers throughout their home purchasing journey by providing personalized advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the entire home loan process, from initial contact through to settlement and beyond.
- Deliver exceptional service considering customers’ overall financial wellness, including insurance recommendations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners such as real estate agents, accountants, and lawyers.
- Collaborate across Personal, Business, and Private Banking teams at ANZ to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to compliance, risk management, and quality standards to guarantee reliable and responsible advice.
- Proactively attract new home lending customers by leveraging both internal and external networks.
What a Typical Day Entails
- Meeting customers either in person or remotely to assess their home lending needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Working flexibly from home, ANZ locations, or within the community.
- Analyzing complex financial information for affordability assessments and credit recommendations.
- Growing the business by developing referral networks with influencers and professionals.
- Collaborating internally to provide the best outcomes for customers.
- Representing ANZ at local events and leading financial wellbeing workshops.
Candidate Profile
- Ability to quickly establish trust with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining connection with a wider team.
- Strong experience in financial services or lending, with a solid understanding of income and expense evaluation.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset focused on identifying opportunities.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and managing risk responsibly.
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality results with a customer-first approach.
