Job description
Overview
The Merchandiser will provide exceptional merchandising services for prominent Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other popular beverages across retail locations in the Dalton/Calhoun, GA area. This role involves managing product displays and stock within a designated territory of large accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock and organize products on shelves and coolers at assigned retail stores.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and report directly to each store location.
- Coverage of additional routes as assigned may be required.
- Use personal vehicle for transportation between stores, though product delivery is managed separately.
- Utilize a company-provided smartphone app for clocking shift times and mileage logging for reimbursement purposes.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position starting at 6:00 AM until work is completed.
- Five working days per week with Tuesdays and Thursdays off.
- Weekend work is mandatory, with weekdays off.
- Overtime availability is expected as needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is motivated, customer service focused, and enjoys an active work environment. This position suits individuals comfortable working independently yet eager to engage with store staff. The job entails frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases, so physical stamina and attention to detail are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting hourly wage of $19.70, increasing to $20.69 after six months.
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.71 per mile, paid weekly.

Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle for travel within the territory.
