Job Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a Dublin-based law firm serving a prestigious commercial client base. This position offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days remote. The role involves handling a broad spectrum of litigation cases including debt recovery, construction disputes, employment issues, and professional negligence claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in diverse litigation matters such as debt recovery, construction disputes, employment law, and professional negligence.
- Manage and oversee residential conveyancing files along with other conveyancing tasks as required to support business operations.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between 2 to 10 years post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Experienced in advising and managing cases for commercial clients with household-name status.
- Demonstrated ability in handling both plaintiff and defence litigation cases.
- Proficiency in managing residential conveyancing files and conducting conveyancing work.
Compensation
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
