Role Overview

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of learning and development theories, instructional design, talent nurturing, and engagement techniques.
• Expertise in structuring training programs and designing development pathways aligned with company goals.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and training technology tools.
