About the role
This position offers a full-time, on-site opportunity where the Forward Deployed Engineer collaborates directly with clients to deploy and personalize the alfaEdge platform within their operational settings.
Primary responsibilities
- Integrate back-end services to enhance platform functionality.
- Develop and deploy customized AI models tailored to client needs.
- Adjust workflows to align with unique operational demands of each customer.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and configure the platform accordingly.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to guarantee smooth implementations and feature rollouts.
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to convert field insights into actionable engineering improvements.
- Optimize system performance and contribute to ongoing platform enhancement initiatives.
Candidate requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience is required.
- Background or current studies in Computer Science Engineering.
- Industry exposure up to 1 year or more in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary ranges between ₹1,000,000 and ₹1,500,000.
- Work schedule consists of five working days each week.
