Role Summary

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Qatar for a Finished Carpenter. The individual will be responsible for installing, assembling, and finishing premium millwork, cabinetry, doors, wall panels, trims, and other interior wood elements precisely per project specifications and shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and join materials accurately for various interior woodwork components.
• Fit hardware and apply finishing touches such as sanding, staining, painting, or varnishing to achieve clean, accurate results.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to align installation schedules and resolve issues onsite.
• Use and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely, adhering to company protocols.
• Maintain safety and quality standards to support timely project completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced carpentry and finishing expertise focusing on millwork, cabinetry, doors, trims, and architectural joinery.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications with meticulous accuracy.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery while following safety regulations.
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, or upscale residential interior projects, especially in fit-out or joinery sectors.
• Capable of working onsite in Qatar and collaborating effectively within diverse teams while adapting to shifting project requirements.
• Basic mathematical proficiency and strong problem-solving skills with dedication to skilled workmanship and ongoing improvement.
• Relevant vocational training or certifications in carpentry or joinery are essential; prior experience as a Finished Carpenter or Joiner is strongly preferred.
• Physically able to perform demanding manual work including lifting, standing, and handling materials and tools for prolonged periods.
