Factory Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a Factory Supervisor to effectively manage and supervise daily operations in our manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing workers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and manage daily work tasks for factory workers.
• Monitor production processes to meet defined targets.
• Inspect product quality to minimize defects and rejections.
• Enforce discipline and maintain attendance among workers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the factory environment.
• Coordinate activities with departments such as production, maintenance, stores, and quality control to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep track of machinery and material status; promptly report any breakdowns or shortages.
• Maintain detailed production records, including output volume, wastage, and worker performance metrics.
• Provide training and guidance to workers on correct operational procedures.
• Report daily production progress and any operational issues to factory or production management.
• Focus on minimizing wastage and driving improvements in overall production efficiency.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000.
