Key Responsibilities
The role involves partnering with department managers to clearly define job requirements, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing high-caliber candidates, conducting initial screenings through multiple communication platforms such as phone, LinkedIn, Teams, and Telegram, and performing interviews to build a diverse and capable team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should hold a degree such as BA, BSc, Masters (MSc, MA), MBA, or an equivalent qualification preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment that includes familiarity with interview techniques, candidate sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools is expected. Exceptional communication, organization, time management, and relationship-building skills are crucial. The candidate must be independent and capable of quickly designing strategies and making decisions. The ability to foster trust-based professional relationships is essential.
