Job Summary
The HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations will oversee employee relations matters, lead union negotiations, enhance workplace environments, and ensure adherence to labor laws. This leadership role demands experience in resolving industrial conflicts, addressing grievances, and nurturing a constructive work atmosphere that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR strategies centered on employee relations and optimizing workplace conditions.
- Lead trade union discussions, manage grievances, and mediate disputes to maintain industrial peace.
- Evaluate employee feedback proactively to reduce turnover and elevate satisfaction.
- Compile comprehensive turnover reports with actionable recommendations.
- Create effective communication channels between staff and management to enhance transparency and cooperation.
- Interpret employee engagement trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor regulations to minimize legal exposure.
- Forge and sustain constructive relations between employees and leadership, resolving conflicts to promote workplace harmony.
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced degree (Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related discipline.
- At least five years in a managerial HR capacity, preferably within manufacturing or industrial domains.
- Extensive experience in employee relations, union negotiations, and labor dispute resolution.
- Proven track record managing workforce dynamics and implementing retention initiatives.

- Expertise in navigating complex HR challenges and cultivating positive work culture.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in mediation and resolution of workplace grievances and disputes.
