Job Overview

This position entails operating and maintaining the P4-SAKITS Display/Debriefing Systems, following all technical procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Load operational programs and conduct tests on the system.
• Perform subsystem tests to verify operational readiness.
• Upload all pre-mission data into the Data Transfer Device (DTD).
• Maintain a detailed control log tracking DTD issuance and receipt by aircrews.
• Operate graphics terminals during live exercises, supporting display and control functions.
• Offer technical support to RSAF personnel and aircrews during replay and debriefing setups.
• Keep organized records of mission tapes and mission event logs with accurate dates, times, mission details, remarks, and operator entries.
• Document any system issues or aircraft tracking failures, communicating promptly with the P4-SAKITS pod shop for follow-up testing.
• File completed log books into the technical library and ensure availability for RSAF evaluations onsite.
• Collaborate directly with RSAF regarding mission sortie effectiveness and system status.
• Record operators' notes on reasons for partial or unsuccessful missions to feed into monthly status reports.
• Generate and provide printed exercise status reports as requested by RSAF.
• Perform additional operational tasks assigned by the Site Supervisor.
• Assist with P4-SAKITS F-15 operations and maintenance as needed.
• Support team members to ensure customer service delivery.
• Help set up project equipment when required.
• Adhere strictly to Cubic’s policies on conduct, quality, security, and health and safety.
• Fulfill other duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in a related operational role.
• Ability to follow company standard practices for field assignments.

Educational Qualifications

• Technical college degree or equivalent technical education and military experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Saudi government-recognized Arabic/English bilingual proficiency certification (e.g., STEP, TOEFL).
