We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to become an integral part of our team based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, supporting our commercial activities including those related to the Fergana Oil Refinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial and contractual activities ensuring adherence to international standards.
- Manage pricing strategies, indexation processes, invoicing, claims, and track performance metrics for seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and partners to foster long-term business cooperation.
- Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and incorporation of amendments to implement new agreements effectively.
- Contribute to the advancement of regional projects and identify new commercial prospects supporting our growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to devise efficient solutions for contractual matters.
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payment processing to sustain financial health.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 10 years of experience in commercial or contract management within oil and gas, refining, or petrochemical industries.
- Exhibits strong commercial acumen emphasizing profit and loss responsibility, pricing mechanisms, and risk management.
- Demonstrates excellent negotiation and communication capabilities to handle complex contract discussions.
- Displays high emotional intelligence and proven skill in managing collaborative relationships.
- Fluent in both English and Russian languages; knowledge of Uzbek language will be considered advantageous.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- Competitive salary determined upon agreement after the interview process.
- Salary is disbursed bi-monthly in local Uzbekistan currency.
- Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses.
- Regular working hours span 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- Position located at the company office in Tashkent city.
