CCTV & Security Systems Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled technician with at least one year of practical experience in installing and maintaining CCTV and security systems. This role involves hands-on tasks and customer interactions to ensure security equipment operates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Install new CCTV and security system hardware and configure settings.
• Attend to customer complaints and conduct service visits to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform regular maintenance on installed systems.
• Visit sites to check and ensure the proper functioning of security solutions.
• Communicate professionally with clients to provide updates and support.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in CCTV and security system work.
• Proficient in installing and configuring HD and IP cameras.
• Good verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess a personal bike for site travel.
• Willingness to travel to various customer locations as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of biometric device installation.
• Experience installing and configuring intercom systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining CCTV setups.
