We seek a Business Development Representative to bolster revenue expansion within ASEAN and Greater China Regions (GCR). This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals experienced in inbound and outbound sales, eager to contribute to a transformative enterprise software company's expansion and advance their careers.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in value-driven sales approaches, big data, and artificial intelligence.
- Assess and prioritize inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute outbound sales strategies including personalized emails, cold calls, and social media engagement to qualify opportunities.
- Design persuasive outreach campaigns targeting multiple buyer tiers, including senior leadership, to generate opportunities with key accounts.
- Identify client needs to advance discussions towards sales opportunities by illustrating how Databricks solutions address data challenges.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in both inbound and outbound sales roles.
- Strong ability to grasp technical concepts combined with an avid interest in technology.
- Motivated, resilient, and committed to contributing significantly to scaling a leading enterprise software firm.
- Consistent proven track record of measurable achievements in prior positions.
- Continuous learner with a keen interest in developments in big data and AI industries.
- Demonstrates a high level of ownership and responsibility.
