Job Overview
Join Cook & Bake With Deepali as a Bakery Assistant based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves hands-on preparation and baking of a variety of bakery items including sourdough and artisan breads, croissants, and buns.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake diverse baked goods such as sourdough breads, artisan breads, croissants, and buns.
- Carry out dough mixing, shaping, fermenting, proofing, and baking processes meticulously.
- Maintain rigorous standards of consistency, hygiene, and product quality throughout production.
- Adhere to production schedules and assist in daily preparation planning to meet bakery targets.
- Handle all bakery equipment with care and responsibility.
- Contribute to new product trials and support recipe enhancements.
- Ensure the kitchen environment remains clean and complies with food safety regulations.
Requirements and Eligibility
Applicants who can maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality and have prior experience or interest in bakery operations are ideal candidates.
Compensation
