Overview
Hobby Lobby, a rapidly expanding upscale arts and crafts retail chain, is looking for motivated and organized individuals to join as Assistant Managers. This role involves leadership responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment featuring diverse departments such as arts and crafts supplies, home accents, seasonal items, fabrics, and floral products.
Role Details
The Assistant Manager will typically work 40-48 hours weekly with standard hours generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including closing the store two nights weekly and working every alternate Saturday. Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the store closed on Sundays.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Basic proficiency with computers

- Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness
- References from previous employers required
- Some prior management experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Starting full-time pay ranges between $20.15 and $21.15 per hour.
