About the Role

Panda Express, the largest family-owned American Chinese restaurant concept in the U.S., is seeking experienced leaders to join its store management team in Wenatchee, WA. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in overseeing a single store's operations, including hiring, managing associates, and achieving financial goals while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and assist in managing the team to meet financial and service targets.
• Recruit, hire, and direct associates to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards and addressing guest needs.
• Complete a minimum of three weeks of store leadership training designed to equip you for success.

Requirements and Eligibility

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of your home to another store if needed.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including opening and closing times, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
• Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe) is required.
• Physical demands include standing for long periods, handling hot and cold foods, operating kitchen tools, lifting up to 50 lbs, coping with hot and noisy environments, and working in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and conflict situations are essential.
