About the Role
Panda Express, a leading American Chinese restaurant chain, is seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team. Primary Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will support the daily operation of a single Panda Express store, including responsibilities such as hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial objectives, while ensuring outstanding guest service experiences. The role requires leading the store toward success through effective team management. To prepare, candidates will undergo a comprehensive store leadership training program lasting at least three weeks.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of home location if necessary
- Availability for flexible scheduling including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
- Valid Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)
Work Environment and ADA Information
Employees should expect to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where counter areas can be hot and crowded. Roles involve standing for extended periods (up to four hours), lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. Compensation Range
Hourly pay ranges from $29 to $32, determined by factors such as work location and experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and may change or end at any time without prior notice.
