Placement Coordinator Internship (Remote)

About the Internship

This internship involves managing the entire placement process and supporting recruitment activities for learners. The intern will engage with HR professionals, recruiters, and companies via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to establish and nurture relationships. Responsibilities include identifying hiring opportunities, gathering job descriptions, aligning candidate profiles with roles, scheduling interviews, and monitoring the progress from selection to joining. The role also requires maintaining detailed placement and company records using Excel or Google Sheets, preparing updates on hiring progress, and aiding placement drives and employer engagement efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work remotely from home.
• Availability to start between September 4, 2026, and October 9, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 4-month duration of the internship.
• Possession of relevant skills and a keen interest in the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 1000 to INR 1500.
• Certification awarded upon successful completion.
