About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in coordinating educational demos between students and tutors within a remote work setup. The role primarily involves managing communications and scheduling to facilitate smooth demo sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate pricing and fee structure clearly to prospective students.
- Arrange and conduct demonstration sessions with students and tutors.
- Contact tutors to confirm their availability for demo sessions.
- Coordinate with students to verify timing arrangements provided by tutors.
- Understand and document the student's subjects or topics of interest for demo classes.
- Create and manage WhatsApp groups including students and business development managers; generate and distribute Zoom or Google Meet links.
- Send meeting links separately to tutors to ensure their access.
- Issue reminders to both tutors and students 45 minutes before demo sessions start.
- Facilitate introductions between the tutor and student during the demo.
- Follow up with students post-demo to gather feedback and assist with the enrollment process by providing payment links.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Must be available to work from home throughout the internship period.
- Ready to commence work between September 3, 2026, and October 8, 2026.
- Available for a continuous duration of 6 months.
- Possess relevant skills and interest in operations and sales.
Additional Information
- Initially, the business development manager will allocate leads after the first call, after which interns will be responsible for executing the listed tasks efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to 5,000.
