About the internship
Airtribe is an early-stage startup building a large-scale platform for cohort-based learning aimed at improving learner outcomes. Cohort-based courses are live, workshop-led programs that give learners direct access to instructors, peer community interaction, and consistent feedback.
In this internship, you will work as a Learning Experience Associate and help shape the learner journey end to end. Your role will center on managing cohort operations, coordinating live sessions, and keeping every part of the experience organized, responsive, and enjoyable. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and working across teams to support learners and mentors.
What you'll do
- Handle cohort operations from learner onboarding through to program closure.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule live workshops, masterclasses, and community-led activities.
- Serve as the main contact point for learners and help resolve questions quickly and clearly.
- Support the planning and delivery of flagship events, webinars, and partnership activities.
- Keep learners engaged through reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as growth, content, and tech, as well as external stakeholders including mentors and speakers.
- Track program timelines and make sure activities are delivered on time and to the expected quality level.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are able to start between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, and can commit to a 6-month duration. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the work.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good organizational habits and a careful eye for detail.
- Comfort in juggling multiple stakeholders and moving quickly on coordination tasks.
- A strong sense of ownership and learner-first thinking.
- Previous exposure to event planning, operations, or community work is advantageous.
- Experience coordinating college events or fests is also a plus.
