Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local small businesses that lack digital billing systems.
- Present and explain the features and advantages of InvoiceBingo's invoicing platform.
- Facilitate user adoption through clear and persuasive communication.
- Gather feedback from customers to help enhance the product.
- Maintain detailed records of daily leads, client interactions, and conversion metrics.
- Assist in onboarding freelancers and independent professionals onto the platform.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, fieldwork, or roles involving direct customer interaction.
- Comfortable working towards targets in a results-driven environment.
- Ability to clearly explain technological solutions to customers without technical backgrounds.
- Self-driven, confident, able to persist despite rejection.
- Ready to start immediately and work remotely with field visits required.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings on a daily basis.
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development sectors.
- Own a smartphone with internet connectivity for work-related tasks.
Additional Details
- Fixed stipend ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month, with additional incentives between ₹100 and ₹4,000 based on performance metrics like conversions.
- Flexible working hours and remote location allowance; however, candidates must be able to conduct local fieldwork in their city or town.
