Job Description
As a Unit Manager or Front Line Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to recruit insurance agents and expand the customer base. This role involves meeting monthly and annual business goals through your agent network while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to hire new agents.
- Drive the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets through agents.
- Plan and carry out initiatives to acquire new insurance policies and customers.
- Maintain adherence to all company guidelines and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably possess relevant experience in life insurance sales, insurance sales in general, or the financial sector.
- Demonstrated exposure to managing teams or people management.
- Willingness and ability to undertake local travel as needed.
- Graduate with good knowledge of the local geography.
- Age between 25 to 30 years old.
- Open to all genders.
