Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze company-related data including financial reports.
• Design and negotiate tailored, including international, insurance solutions for managers in the industrial and corporate sectors.
• Independently expand and maintain the business portfolio.
• Conduct ongoing risk monitoring activities.
• Support and develop relationships with brokers and corporate agents, growing the professional network.
• Provide expert support to the sales team.
• Contribute to product development initiatives.
• Plan and implement strategic sales measures.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk and/or university degree in law, business administration, or economics.
• Expertise in directors and officers liability insurance or strong willingness to acquire it.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated flexibility and strong commitment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Enjoys working independently, responsibly, and in an organized manner.
• Keen interest in economic and business developments.
• Fluency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
