Role Overview
Our Ottawa office seeks a motivated Trademark Lawyer to join the vibrant Intellectual Property Group. This department offers comprehensive legal services related to intellectual property protection, usage, and enforcement.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement. Strong writing and communication abilities are essential to excel within our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary range for this role is $132,500 to $150,000, depending on the candidate’s call year, skills, competencies, and qualifications. High performers may earn above this range through tenure and accomplishments.
