Responsibilities

• Support residents in Pendle Gardens, a unique home offering private flats with communal spaces, providing 24/7 assistance that balances safety and personal freedom.
• Encourage and assist individuals to take charge of their living space and participate actively in home management and social activities.
• Facilitate meaningful engagement in activities and opportunities to enrich their quality of life and build memorable experiences.
• Support involvement in community events, leisure pursuits, social activities, and help celebrate special occasions.
• Communicate effectively, tailoring methods to individual communication needs, and support residents in interacting with others.
• Work on a rotational shift pattern, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
