Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

We seek a Machine Learning Engineer to design, train, and deploy high-quality production models including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. This role involves working hands-on with actual client environments and Createnano's proprietary SaaS offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production-level ML models for various applications.
• Collaborate on integrating models within operational client systems and internal software.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in machine learning engineering.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven ability to deploy models beyond experimental notebooks into live production environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools like Ray or MLflow for efficient model lifecycle management.
• Strong command of Python programming fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fine-tuning large language models and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
• Background in Edge AI technologies or deploying models for on-device inference.
