Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and correct zoning in the grocery section to keep it customer-ready at all times.
• Conduct regular product rotation and promptly remove expired or damaged goods to guarantee freshness and uphold quality standards.
• Accurately price and sign products, adhering to procedures for ordering, markdowns, markups, pricing, labeling, clearance, and flagging merchandise.
• Adhere diligently to food safety, sanitation, handling, and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic workspace.
• Fully stock merchandise and picks, complete downstocking tasks, apply product protection when necessary, and execute modular setups including flex modulars and shelf caps.
• Observe health and safety regulations and company guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment.
• Be flexible with scheduling by being available for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to help keep store operations smooth and maintain high-quality customer service.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Manage high workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts, by planning and maintaining energy and focus throughout.
• Handle frequent physical activities such as prolonged standing, bending, and lifting inventory weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs, along with repetitive tasks involving stocking and organizing.

Compensation

The base hourly wage for this position starts at $19.25.

Minimum Qualifications
